Psomas requests qualifications from DBE firms with NAICS Codes 541370 and 541330 interested in providing Land Surveying and Right of Way Engineering Services on an “as-needed” basis to support the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Right of Way, District 7, RFQ #07A6217 for A&E On-Call Land Surveying Services throughout the counties of Los Angeles and Ventura in California. Services may include, but are not limited to, researching existing records (Caltrans and other outside entities), writing survey requests, creating base map/land net maps, Right of Way appraisal maps, Right of Way record maps, documents to convey property rights (deeds and legal descriptions) and other related Right of Way Engineering products. Services excluded from this contract include headquarters photogrammetry projects, field land surveying services performed under the contract with the Division of Design, and land surveying office support work performed under the contract for the Division of Design.
