Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified DBE firms interested in providing services related to the On-Call Project Support Services for National City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) — Environmental Planning, Design & Engineering and Environmental Compliance Disciplines.

We are seeking DBE firms who can provide the following scope of work:

• Cultural Monitoring (Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities)
• Geotechnical Engineering (Geotechnical Testing Laboratories or Services; Hazardous Materials and Site Assessment)
• Traffic Engineering (Traffic Engineering Consulting Services)

The NAICS codes for this project include: 541720, 541380, 541330

This RFQ shall not obligate Harris & Associates to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, responses hereto.
