PROJECT DETAILS:

Our company, Public Works Contractor, Inc., plans on bidding as a prime on a Grossmont Union High School District (GUHSD) solicited project that includes demolition and installation 17 new HVAC units on multiple roofs at Steele Canyon High School.

We are seeking participation from DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for this solicitation. Plan/Specs are available at this link.

Subcontractors identified in Public Contract Code (PCC) section 20111.6 must have a current prequalification. Subcontractors must have submitted a prequalification application online at QualityBidders.com no later than 6/5/2025, this includes renewals. For details on prequalification procedures for Subcontractors please see the District website. Note, Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted.
